Residential Volunteers have a key role in our small team, ensuring that the Spiritual Care Centre is a welcoming space for all guests.

Alle, die Rigpa unterstützen (ob angestellt oder ehrenamtlich), verpflichten sich, den Verhaltenskodex von Rigpa zu unterzeichnen.

Die Teams von Rigpa sind weltweit zu Hause, vor allem in Europa, den USA und Australien. Viele Stellen haben einen besonderen Reiz: Sie arbeiten mit einer lebendigen Mischung aus Ehrenamtlichen und Festangestellten zusammen.
